Very good service attitude of staff, new and really home-like rooms, huge doublebed, very clean, free wifi, free shuttle service to airport and to city centre, by bicycle not far from the centre. hotel takes care of every small detail, they are not spoiled by too many walk in guests, like other hotels in Luang Prabang. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a bit away from backpackers heaven which was ideal for us as we like things quieter. The staff even cleaned our shoes for us if we left them at the door. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here. We stayed longer than we planned as we enjoyed our stay so much.

Our stay at Jade hotel was made very comfortable, as the hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and our room was extremely tastfully furnished. The staff were extremely friendly too. The Wi-Fi was down for the 3 day period of our stay, but as there is a sister hotel located in the middle of town, we were able to use the Wi-Fi there. Transport to the sister hotel and also into town, was provided for us (the walk into town is 15mins.) We were very happy that bacon was offered with the omlettes at breakfast time.

we had booked initially 9 nights and we ended up staying an extra 11 nights, thus making jade our base in luang praban. it is not the "best" hotel in the area but it has definitely very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and general environment and we used the front balcony very often for our drinks and take in the atmosphere. although it is not in the middle of town, it was very near indeed; a ten minute brisk walk or a 20 stroll. but the hotel has a free 'on demand' shuttle to town; the ride takes less than 5 mins.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Luang Prabang in general, so much so that we extended our stay. The staff were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our visit enjoyable. The Agoda promotional price, including free breakfast, was fantastic.
