More than 800 smallholder, hill-tribe farming families produce our organic shade-grown arabica coffee.
They handpick every coffee cherry. We wet-process, hand-sort, roast, and brew in Luang Prabang.
Saffron Coffee has two cafes offering a range of homemade baked goods, a delicious breakfast and lunch menu, and a wide selection of premium local Lao coffees. There is also many uniquely Lao coffee-related products available for purchase.
Saffron Coffee Alley is located down the alley from MyLaoHome Hotels and Villas in Ban Houaxieng and Saffron Coffee’s Espresso, Brew Bar, and Roastery is on the Mekong River.
